6. Limitation of Liability and Waiver of Claims
I acknowledge and agree that the receipt of any communications under this consent, including marketing, service, operational, or personalized messages, shall not give rise to any claim, demand, or cause of action against Qwan, its directors, officers, employees, customers, partners, or service providers.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, I hereby waive any right to claim or seek compensation for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, reputational harm, emotional distress, or any other damage arising from or related to:

Without prejudice to the foregoing, Qwan’s liability, if any, shall in all cases be limited to the minimum extent required by applicable law.
7. Legal Basis
This consent is provided in accordance with applicable data protection and communications laws, including, where applicable, GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and relevant electronic communications and anti-spam regulations.
8. Entire Consent
This consent applies globally to all Qwan products and services, including white-label, customer-branded, or customer-operated implementations, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
